With the fall foliage edging to colorize the landscape, I took yet another impromptu trip to find the excitement of autumn I had been searching for all this time. I explored through three states before acknowledging that the leaves had just about all changed within the span of a few days during the week, with most having fallen to the ground by the time I arrived. Nevertheless, there were localized areas with pretty trees that I could enjoy, and even though I had few scenes to photograph, there was still ample opportunity to sit and relax.
